Google Marketers had trouble distinguishing between the two and often confused MarkDev’s purpose for program developers. In result, they were missing the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, network build, and access resources that were readily available for them.
The solution was the combination of an updated name, identity system, and brand guide to ensure the brand’s clarity, consistency, and messaging.
The motion created by our mark’s curved lines speak to the notion of a Marketer progressing through their journey – while the eventual convergence is intended to convey growth, community, and coming together.
Based on a grid, the logomark could be constructed while maintaining equal width between each stroke and retain balance overall. This would also be instrumental in creating additional logomarks to expand the brand family and architecture.
Using the grid, concentric arcs are made with equal distance, allowing us to bring in curved and rounded elements.
